At Lavissi, we value customer satisfaction and strive to offer a seamless shopping experience. If you need to return or exchange an item, please refer to our policy below.



 


Return Policy Overview

Time Frame: 15 days from received parcel to request a return

 

Eligibility Requirements:

  • In the same condition as received (unworn, unwashed, unaltered)
  • With all original internal garment tags attached, including secure return tags
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

 

Important Notes:

  • Try items on carefully;
  • Items not meeting these conditions may not be eligible for return or exchange

 


Sizing Policy

Size Accuracy: Our size measurements are exact to each product. Customer are responsible for checking sizing carefully before placing an order.

 

Customer Responsibility for Sizing:

 

  • If customer has choosen the wrong size, we cannot offer free exchange or return.
  • Returns/Exchanges for incorrect size selection are at customer expense.

 

Free Exchange / Return for Sizing Issues:

 

  • We only offer free return or exchange if we have sent you the wrong size.

 

Sizing Support:

 

  • Customers who are unsure about sizing are strongly recommended to contact support@lavissi.com before placing orders.
  • Customer service can provide sizing guidance to help with correct sizing selection.

 


Non-Returnable Items

 

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Final sale items (marked in product description)
  • Items damaged through customer use or wear
  • Items with makeup stains or perfume scents



Exchanges

 

Exchange Policy:

  • Each item can be exchanged once (except final sale products)
  • For higher-priced items: customer pays price difference
  • For lower-priced items: difference will be refunded
  • We recommend returning original item for refund, then placing new order for faster service



Return Process

 

Step 1: Contact Us Email us at support@lavissi.com with:

  • Clear documentation of the issue
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Proof of purchase
  • Order number

 

Step 2: Receive Instructions We'll respond within 24 hours with:

  • Return instructions
  • Return address (after approval)
  • Customer should use own carrier, email us at support@lavissi.com with order number and tracking information.

 

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • Include order number on paper inside package or write on exterior
  • Ship promptly to avoid label expiration
  • Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted



Shipping Costs & Customer Responsibility

 

Free Returns/Exchanges (Lavissi covers costs):

  • Items with quality issues, significant color discrepancies, or strong odors
  • Wrong items shipped
  • Missing items from order
  • Orders not delivered successfully (excluding customer refusals or incorrect addresses)

 

Customer Responsibility:

  • Returns for personal reasons (change of mind, sizing issues)
  • Wrong size ordered
  • Shipping fees and customs duties (when applicable)
  • For returns due to change of mind or personal preference (such as not liking the product), the original shipping fees paid for the order will be deducted from your refund.
  • For orders that qualified for free shipping, a 10% deduction of the total order amount will be applied to the refund.

 

Sizing Support: Contact customer service for sizing advice before purchasing to minimize issues.

 

Important: If a package is rejected by the customer, we cannot provide returns, exchanges, or refunds.



Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 1-3 days of placement. If your order has shipped, cancellation is not possible. Contact customer service support@lavissi.com to arrange a return after delivery.



Damages and Issues

Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us promptly if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue quickly.
