  2. Orders Under $100 USD: Flat shipping fees apply based on your region as detailed below. (Due to rising international oil prices, shipping costs have increased. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding)

 

Delivery Time Breakdown

 

The total delivery time is calculated as follows:

  • Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
  • Order Processing Time: 3–5 days. This is the time we take to prepare your order for shipment, including quality control and packaging. Larger or more intricate orders may require additional time.

    (Please note that Pre-order items will be processed within up to 15 days.)

Lavissi is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees that may be applied to international orders. These charges vary by country and are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for more details.

 

Delivery Issues

 

  1. Address Errors & Missed Deliveries:
    If your order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details or because no one is available to receive the package, the item may be returned to us. In this case, you will be responsible for any return shipping fees. If you request a redelivery, additional shipping fees may apply.

  2. Custom Orders:
    For custom or personalized products, returns are not accepted. If the delivery fails due to buyer reasons (e.g., wrong address, refusal to accept delivery), we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for the reshipment fee.

 

Shipping to Multiple Countries

 

We ship to nearly every country in the world. If your country is not listed above, you can still place an order, and the shipping time and costs will be calculated during checkout.
